Chironovský světlotok is an exceptionally rare cryptid endemic to the urban green spaces of southern Moravia. Its most striking feature is its semi-liquid, gelatinous body, which can flow around obstacles and squeeze into tight, artificial spaces such as portable toilets and lamp posts. The surface of its body is covered with microscopic, adjustable photonic crystals, allowing the creature to bend and scatter ambient light for near-perfect camouflage. When threatened or hunting, it emits faint, bioluminescent pulses in shifting patterns, confusing both predators and prey. It feeds on electromagnetic emissions and organic waste, often nesting near man-made electrical sources and sanitation facilities. The světlotok reproduces by budding; fragments severed from the main body can grow into new individuals, given enough electrical stimulation. Its primary weakness is direct sunlight, which disrupts its camouflage and dries its outer membrane. Local folklore claims that seeing its bioluminescent flicker brings luck, but only if you don't try to catch it. The species' existence explains sporadic reports of 'dancing lights' around urban parks and unexplained malfunctions of streetlights and electronic devices.
