Posilňovací stín (The Workout Shade)

The Posilňovací stín, or Workout Shade, is an uncommon cryptid believed to inhabit fitness centers and gymnasiums in urban areas around Brno. It appears as a semi-metallic, segmented entity, roughly 60 cm in length, with a body that mimics the shape and reflective surfaces of dumbbells and kettlebells. Its 'musculature' is composed of flexible, tendon-like carbon fibers, and it sports clusters of bioluminescent nodes in place of eyes, which shimmer in response to movement. The creature is drawn to kinetic energy, absorbing static electricity and vibrations from exercise equipment. It is known to rearrange gym weights at night, a behavior linked to its need to recharge and camouflage itself. Local legends say it bestows brief bursts of supernatural strength to those it favors, but drains stamina from those who disrespect their workout space. The Workout Shade is weak to bright, direct sunlight and sudden, loud noises, which cause it to dematerialize into shimmering motes. Its existence is explained by a unique evolutionary adaptation to urban environments, where it evolved from microscopic metallic-organic lifeforms, gradually assembling itself from discarded gym equipment and absorbing energy from repeated human activity.
