The Stínová Činka, or Shadow Bell, is a rare urban cryptid believed by locals to haunt homes and gyms in Brno, particularly in areas with a strong tradition of communal exercise and domestic routines. This cryptid is semi-material, able to phase in and out of the visible spectrum, often mistaken for an ordinary kettlebell until it subtly shifts position or emits a faint metallic hum at dusk. Its body mimics the form and texture of cast-iron gym equipment, but upon close observation, its surface ripples with barely perceptible shadowy veins and tiny glowing motes resembling embers. The Shadow Bell 'feeds' on kinetic energy, absorbing the exertion of nearby humans and quietly amplifying their strength and endurance in exchange for the occasional misplacement of small objects or a mysterious increase in workout difficulty.
