While dormant, it is indistinguishable from a standard kettlebell or dumbbell. However, when lifted, the Burden-Beast feeds on the kinetic energy and muscular strain of its host. It can instantaneously increase its mass by up to 300%, causing sudden muscle tears or dropped weights—phenomena often dismissed as 'bad form' or fatigue. In the provided image, the specimen is caught in a rare transitional state, 'molting' its outer iron-oxide shell to grow. The creature's true form is revealed as a molten, slag-like core held together by magnetic fields. Its 'handle' is actually a calcified sensory organ used to detect the sweat and heat of potential prey.
