By accessing or using CryptoCam ("the Service"), including the mobile application, website at cryptocam.app, and any related services provided by Games on Steroids ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoCam is a location-based mobile game that allows users to discover, document, and interact with virtual creatures called "cryptids" using GPS and camera technology. The Service includes the mobile application, the cryptocam.app website, and any associated features, content, and functionality.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

We use Unity Player Accounts and Google Play Games for authentication. By creating an account, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service
• Spoof or manipulate your GPS location to gain unfair advantages
• Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated through the Service, including but not limited to cryptid names, descriptions, images, and classifications, is the property of Games on Steroids. Users retain ownership of content they explicitly create and upload.

The CryptoCam name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Games on Steroids. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Service may include virtual currency, items, or other digital goods that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. By using the website, you agree to Google's advertising policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMES ON STEROIDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
